Tarek is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in delivering turnkey contracting and interior fit-out projects across hospitality, real estate, corporate, and education sectors. Renowned for transforming concepts into inspiring spaces, he consistently ensures that every project meets the highest quality and specification standards — even under tight timelines.
His collaborative approach and ability to align stakeholders, contractors, and project teams set him apart as a leader who drives efficiency and excellence.

Mohammad Riaz
Mohammad is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in FF&E project management, manufacturing, and procurement. He has successfully led numerous business development and furnishing initiatives, delivering tailored solutions for clients across the real estate and corporate sectors.
His strategic insight and operational knowledge make him a key driver in FDCC’s furniture division, ensuring each project achieves both aesthetic and functional excellence.

With more than 40 years of distinguished experience in construction, project management, and destination development, Nabil has played a leading role in shaping some of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic landmarks — including the Makkah Clock Tower, Jeddah Tower, luxury hotels, and royal palaces.
Before joining FDCC, he held senior positions with top regional construction firms, successfully delivering large-scale developments that set new benchmarks for quality and innovation.
